All orders include Free Ground Shipping to the lower 48 states.
Invididual processing times are noted for each item. Normal processing times are same day for orders before 1 PM, next business day for orders after 1 PM unless otherwise noted.
Sizing may delay the shipment of your watch.
Transit times are 1-6 business days for Ground, 2 business days for 2nd Day Air and next business day for Next Day Air. Rural areas may take additional days.
Shipping to AK, HI is via 2nd Day Air only.
Ellie B mainly uses FedEx and UPS to ship your packages, however, we reserve the right to choose any carrier to deliver your goods safely and on time.
We are currently UNABLE to ship to PO Boxes or International addresses.
Watches can be returned within 15 days of receipt, DOA/defects reported within 3 days of receipt and RMA's are good for 6 days after issuing.
Out of the box visual defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, otherwise a restocking fee may apply to cover the damage.
Non-DOA/defective returns may result in a restocking fee of up to 20% and a $10 shipping fee.
All watches are shipped with a return seal. If this seal is removed, damaged, or manipulated, the return will be voided. This seal MUST be present and unaltered for all returns.
Do not attempt to fix any defects, this will void returns.
Watches may not be worn, used, sized or altered in any way, this will void returns.
All miscellaneous materials such as manuals and accessories must be included.
All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Products received without an RMA number, freight collect, not approved for return, or in any way not meeting the above criteria, will be refused. Freight charges are non-refundable.
Picture or description discrepancies are not considered defects.

All watches are guaranteed new, authentic and genuine with serial numbers intact. We do not carry any used,
previously owned, replica or imitation watches.
Ellie B obtains its watches from authorized dealers and distributors. As such, we are able to offer certain manufacturer's warranties through our dealers.
In the event the manufacturer warranty is not available, we offer our own warranty in its place.
Ellie B's watch warranty covers the movement of the watch and free battery replacement within the warranty period. Ellie B warranties do not cover damage, cases, straps, crystals, scratches, bracelets, diamonds, stems, or water damage.
Note that no manufacturer or Ellie B warranty covers water damage or problems arising from water entering the case of the watch. Complete warranty details, water resistance information and operating procedures are provided with
all watches.
All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact support@elliebonline.com prior to shipping for warranty service.
The warranty will be void if an attempt is made to service the watch in anyway other than with Ellie B, including battery replacement and opening the case.
